Consignment Submission Forms

Welcome to the Submission Form Page! Feel free to download these forms and fill them out at your leisure. Then drop them off with your submissions at the store. One of our staff will get the paperwork processed and the items on display as soon as possible. You can pick up a form at the store as well.

Board Game Submission Form

This form is for items that are not individual cards. Remember you will set the price which is non-negotiable. You will need one form per game. There is a maximum of five games that can be on consignment at one time.

Single Card Submission Form

This form is for single cards you wish to consign. You will set the price which is non-negotiable. You can put 12 cards onto one form. There is a maximum of 12 cards that can be on consignment at one time.

Deck Submission Form

This form is for a deck of cards you wish to consign. You will set the price which is non-negotiable. You can put one deck onto one form. There is a maximum of two decks that can be on consignment at one time.
